User data deletion

You can ask us to delete your account and all data linked to it at any time. Below is how to submit a request, what exactly is deleted and how long it takes.

How to submit a deletion request

Write to us via the contacts page or to admin@revomia.net from the email address your account is registered to. Put “Data deletion” in the subject line.

So that no one else can delete your account, we only process requests sent from the address linked to the account. Once we receive your request, we will confirm it by reply email.

What is deleted

Your profile and login data, the topics and cards you created, learning progress, statistics and reminder subscriptions.

Documents we are legally required to keep (for example, accounting records of payments) are stored for the period set by law and deleted once it expires.

Timeframes

We delete your account and the data linked to it within 30 days after the request is confirmed. Any remnants in backups disappear automatically within 90 days at most.

Facebook data

If you signed in to Revomia with Facebook, we also delete the data received from Facebook (your name and email address) together with the account. You can additionally disconnect the app in your Facebook settings: Settings → “Apps and Websites”.
