These Terms of use govern the use of the Revomia website and its features.

By creating an account or using the service, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service.

1. Account

To use certain features of the service, you need to create an account.

You are responsible for:

  • the accuracy of the information provided during registration;
  • keeping your login details confidential;
  • all actions performed under your account;
  • preventing access from being passed to third parties.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, report it via the feedback form on the website.

If a user does not have sufficient legal capacity to accept these terms on their own, they may use the service only with the consent of their legal representative.

2. User content

The rights to the cards, texts, images and other materials you create or upload remain with you.

To operate the service, you grant the operator of Revomia a limited, non-exclusive and free permission to:

  • store your content;
  • technically copy it for backup purposes;
  • process it to run the service’s features;
  • display it to you within your account;
  • pass it to technical providers only to the extent necessary for the operation of the service.

This permission applies only to the operation of Revomia and ends after the deletion of the respective content or account, except for temporary backup copies.

You are solely responsible for the legality of the content you create or upload and confirm that you have the necessary rights to use it.

It is prohibited to create, upload or distribute through the service materials that:

  • violate the law;
  • infringe copyright, personal or other rights of third parties;
  • contain malicious software;
  • contain unlawful threats, calls to violence or other illegal content;
  • disclose personal or confidential data of other people without a proper basis.

3. AI-generated content

Some card materials may be created or processed by artificial intelligence — AI.

Such materials may include:

  • texts;
  • translations;
  • transcriptions;
  • definitions;
  • example sentences;
  • learning explanations;
  • images;
  • other automatically generated materials.

AI can make mistakes. Generated materials may contain:

  • factual errors;
  • incorrect translations;
  • inaccurate pronunciation or transcription;
  • grammatical and stylistic errors;
  • inappropriate or incomplete explanations;
  • biased, incorrect or unwanted content.

Revomia does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, uniqueness or fitness of AI content for a particular purpose.

You must independently verify important information, especially before using it in learning, work, publications or decision-making.

AI content is not professional medical, legal, financial or other specialized advice.

We also do not guarantee that the user will in every case have exclusive rights to the generated material. Before using such material publicly or commercially, the user must independently check possible rights of third parties.

This section does not exclude the operator’s liability in cases where its limitation or exclusion is prohibited by law.

4. Prohibited use

When using Revomia, it is prohibited to:

  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to another person’s account, server or database;
  • bypass authorization, security or access-restriction mechanisms;
  • distribute viruses, malicious code or other dangerous materials;
  • deliberately overload the service with automated requests;
  • use the service for spam, fraud or misleading other people;
  • impersonate another person;
  • use the service in a way that violates the law or the rights of others;
  • interfere with the operation of the service or other users.

5. Operation of the service

We strive to keep Revomia stable and secure, but the service is provided «as is» and «as available».

We do not guarantee:

  • uninterrupted or error-free operation;
  • constant availability of all features;
  • the absence of technical failures;
  • the preservation of every material under all circumstances;
  • that the service will meet all individual expectations of the user.

The operation of the service may be temporarily interrupted due to maintenance, updates, malfunctions, attacks, problems with infrastructure providers or other circumstances.

We recommend keeping your own copies of important learning materials.

6. Changes to functionality

We may:

  • add new features;
  • change existing features;
  • fix or restrict certain capabilities;
  • temporarily suspend the operation of the service;
  • discontinue support for a particular feature or the entire service.

Where possible, we will try to give advance notice of significant changes that may affect users’ access to their content.

7. Restriction or blocking of access

We may temporarily restrict or terminate access to an account if the user:

  • violates these terms;
  • uses the service unlawfully;
  • poses a threat to the security of the service or other users;
  • attempts to gain unauthorized access to the system;
  • creates excessive or harmful load;
  • uses the service for fraud, spam or other abuse.

In urgent cases, access may be restricted without prior notice.

If possible and if it does not pose a security risk, we will inform the user of the reason for the blocking or restriction.

8. Account deletion

You may stop using the service at any time.

A request to delete your account and the personal data associated with it can be submitted via the feedback form on the website.

After the account is deleted, access to cards, learning materials and progress may be lost without the possibility of recovery.

9. Third-party services

Third-party technical services may be used to provide certain features of Revomia, including hosting, sending emails or artificial intelligence technologies.

We do not control the operation of third-party services and cannot guarantee their constant availability.

10. Liability

The operator of Revomia is liable without limitation in cases of:

  • intentional misconduct;
  • gross negligence;
  • harm to life, health or physical integrity;
  • other cases in which the limitation of liability is prohibited by law.

In the case of ordinary negligence, liability is limited to the breach of essential obligations whose fulfillment is necessary for the proper operation of the service and on which the user reasonably relies.

In such a case, liability is limited to typical and foreseeable damage, to the extent permitted by law.

We are not responsible for decisions or actions of the user made solely on the basis of unverified AI content.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of use in the event of:

  • changes to the functionality of the service;
  • the emergence of new technologies;
  • changes in the way AI features work;
  • the need to eliminate security risks;
  • changes in legal requirements.

The current version of the terms is always published on this page with the date of the last update indicated.

We may additionally announce significant changes on the website. If the law requires the user’s separate consent to the changes, such consent will be requested.
